Perfect Match Synchro Teams
The Medford Area Figure Skating Program has three synchronized skating teams - Perfect Match I, Perfect Match II, and Perfect Match III. Perfect Match I and Perfect Match II are the competitive synchro teams. Perfect Match III is the beginner team that learns the basics of synchronized skating and performs at the annual skate show, but does not compete.
Ages
Our program is geared towards skaters working on Basic 5 and higher. Specific team placement is based on ability level and competition preference.
When
Our program begins on October 22, 2025 with placement night and a mandatory parent meeting. Weekly practices are held on Fridays and Sundays for Perfect Match I and II and Wednesday for Perfect Match III. The season goes through mid-March depending on competition schedule.

Practices
Perfect Match I - Fridays from 4 - 5 pm and Sundays from 7:15 - 8:15 pm
Perfect Match II - Fridays from 4 - 5 pm and Sundays from 6:15 - 7:15 pm
Perfect Mach III - Wednesdays from 7 - 7:45 pm
Competitions & Performances
We compete at a minimum of one competition per year and also perform in the annual skate show. We have the potential of competing at up to three competitions each year and also may perform at high school hockey games during the break between periods.
Costumes
Perfect Match I and II - you will be provided with the cost of the costume after they have been ordered and payment will be required at the time of pick up.
Perfect Match III - The costume is a t-shirt and is included in your registration fee.
Additional Costs
Additional fees may be required for unmet fundraiser participation and competition fees if fundraisers are not sufficient to cover the cost of competition.

2025-26 Synchro Season
Team placement will be determined on placement day on Oct. 22nd. Please watch TeamReach for further information.
Cost is $125 plus costumes and competition fees TBD for Perfect Match I and II. Skaters on Perfect Match I and II are also required to participate in fundraising activities. Cost for Perfect Match III is $80 and includes the cost of the costume (t-shirt).
Perfect Match I and II Practices will be on Fridays from 4-5pm and Sundays - Perfect Match II 6:15-7:15 pm and Perfect Match I - 7:15-8:15 pm.
Perfect Match III Practices will be on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-7:45 pm.
